  • Contacting customers whose subscriptions have expired to gain renewal and upgrade customers to subscriptions
  • Gather feedback from customers who do not renew
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Update customer details in the subscription system
  • Build marketing lists for new subscription campaigns
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management teams
  • Provide monthly reports on performance and customer feedback

We are looking for a switched on, highly motivated and intelligent individual to join the team as a Subscription Assistant/Executive to help support the team and be involved in renewing or upgrading subscribers who are coming to the end of their current subscription term. The Subscription Team is responsible for the marketing, fulfilment and customer service for the clients and you will be part of a small team responsible for managing all customer interactions. This role provides essential insight into the views of the customer and you will provide regular feedback to senior management to help guide future plans.
